Hidden above the main bar, the Games Room is a fully private space for up to 25 guests, with a big screen, console games, pool, air hockey and darts.
Close the door, turn the volume up and make it your own. Whether it’s a matchday, birthday, team social or just a night with your mates, you get the whole room to yourselves with access to the main bar downstairs.
Want to take it a step further? Our Silver and Gold packages let you arrive to a stocked fridge or add the option to pour your own pints from a self-serve keg, so it really can feel like having your own pub for the night.

Every package gives you private use of the Games Room and its facilities. Choose Bronze for the room itself, Silver to have your fridge stocked before you arrive, or Gold to unlock the full pour-your-own-pints experience.
There’s no room hire fee. Instead, each package has a minimum drinks spend and refundable deposit. The minimum spend is not an additional hire fee.

Silver and Gold must be arranged at least one week before your date. We’ll discuss your drinks arrangements and any advance payments through DesignMyNight Messages. You’ll receive 10% off bar prices when you pre-pay.

Go Gold and you can add a self-serve keg to your Games Room booking.
We’ll set up the Lyndr dispenser and glassware before you arrive, then the taps are yours. No heading downstairs between rounds and no missing part of the match while someone gets the drinks in.

Food spend does not count towards your package minimum. Food service is available during normal kitchen opening hours.

How many people can the Games Room hold?
The Games Room can accommodate up to 25 guests.

Bronze has a £75 minimum spend and £50 deposit, Silver has a £150 minimum spend and £100 deposit, and Gold has a £300 minimum spend and £150 deposit.
What’s the difference between Bronze, Silver and Gold?
All three include private use of the Games Room and its facilities.
Silver lets you arrange a stocked fridge and receive 10% off bar prices when pre-paid. Gold adds the option of a self-serve keg with Lyndr dispenser. Fridges and kegs are priced separately.
When do Silver and Gold need to be booked?
Silver and Gold must be arranged at least one week before your preferred date. We’ll confirm any required advance payments before your booking is finalised.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. The deposit is refunded once the minimum spend has been met and the space is left tidy.
Can we order food?
Yes. You can order from The Wing Savant menu on the day or arrange catering in advance for your group.
Does food count towards the minimum spend?
No. Food spend does not count towards your package minimum.
Can we have drinks waiting for us?
Yes. Silver and Gold packages let you arrange drinks in advance, with separately priced stocked-fridge options available for groups of different sizes.
Can we pour our own pints?
Yes. Gold gives you the option to add a self-serve keg using our Lyndr dispenser. We’ll provide the dispenser setup and glassware, with the keg itself priced separately according to the beer you choose.
Are drinks included in the package minimum spend?
The minimum spend is the amount your group agrees to spend on drinks, rather than a separate room hire fee. Food does not count towards it. We’ll explain how pre-ordered drinks and any outstanding spend are handled before confirming your booking.
How do I book?

We’ll review your enquiry and discuss arrangements before sending a secure payment link for any required payment. Your booking is secured once payment has been received and confirmation issued.
